- Wash and prepare the berries. Slice strawberries into even pieces and keep other berries whole.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with vanilla extract and honey (if using) until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass.
- Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers (yogurt, granola, berries) until the glass is filled.
- Finish with a topping of berries, a sprinkle of granola, and a light drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately for best texture, or chill briefly before serving if desired.
