  • 1 –2 teaspoons chia seeds or flaxseeds optional
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans, optional

Equipment

  • Clear glass cups, jars, or parfait glasses
  • Mixing bowl

  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with vanilla extract and honey (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass.
  4. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Repeat the layers (yogurt, granola, berries) until the glass is filled.
  7. Finish with a topping of berries, a sprinkle of granola, and a light drizzle of honey.
  8. Serve immediately for best texture, or chill briefly before serving if desired.

Notes

For best results, use thick Greek yogurt for a rich and creamy texture.
Always add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
Fresh, ripe berries enhance both flavor and visual appeal.
Adjust sweetness based on preference by increasing or reducing honey/maple syrup.
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
