Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh, bite-sized
  • 1 cup green grapes seedless
  • 1 cup red grapes seedless
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 –3 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup melon balls cantaloupe or honeydew
Optional:
  • 1 –2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice to prevent browning
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey for light glaze
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Prepare fruits: hull strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, cut pineapple into chunks, and scoop melon balls if using.
  3. Lay out fruits on a clean surface for easy assembly.
  4. Take a skewer and thread fruits in a visually appealing pattern, alternating colors and textures.
  5. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
  6. Lightly brush or drizzle with lemon juice to keep fruits fresh (optional).
  7. For added shine and sweetness, drizzle lightly with honey (optional).
  8. Arrange neatly on a serving platter and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  9. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best taste and freshness.
