  • 4 fresh salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 1 package about 150g / 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 –2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon zest for added brightness
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus for roasting alongside
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or light oil.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly across each fillet.
  5. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese on top of each piece of salmon.
  6. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a lightly golden top.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley and lemon zest, and serve immediately.
